Paddleboarding and Kayaking

The Gulf of Mexico is stunning, but its waves can sometimes be intimidating for younger children. While technically just outside of 30A in Panama City Beach, Gulf World is a short drive and makes for a fantastic half-day trip. Kids will love the dolphin and sea lion shows, and they even offer interactive programs where you can swim with dolphins.

Just down the road is Shipwreck Island Waterpark. If your family needs a break from the sand, this classic waterpark offers massive wave pools, lazy rivers, and thrilling water slides that will keep teenagers and toddlers entertained for hours.
